We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.
Job Description: DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Technician. This role involves all phases of residential and commercial site rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
Report to the Director of Reconstruction
Responsible for direct labor on job, including but not limited to insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, finished carpentry, painting, light plumbing and electrical.
Reports daily progress to Director of Reconstruction for progress updates.
Takes production photos of job progress daily; uploads to dash and notes progress in a job note.
Qualifications:
IICRC Certificate is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to learn
Basic knowledge of using tools and how to use them
Physical Requirements:
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Ability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, and/or with vibration
Working with mechanical and chemical hazards and conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and/or poor ventilation
Ability to climb, talk, crouch, stand, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
