What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service.
Project Execution: Manage the jobs from mitigation to reconstruction
Perform Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in home services (maintenance, remodeling, HVAC, painting, etc.)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role
Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field (Preferred)
IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)
