  • Responsibilities

    Our client, a highly respected national law firm, seeks a Records / Information Management Specialist to support its Information Governance team in an anticipated year-long contract role in the Atlanta office. This role assists attorneys and staff with organizing, tracking, and processing physical client files and records.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Organizing and indexing physical client files
    • Processing file transfers and records requests
    • Assisting with records retention and file maintenance
    • Supporting attorneys and staff with information management needs
    • Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of firm records

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of professional office experience
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
    • Prior records management or law firm experience is a plus
