A large Atlanta law firm is seeking an Information Management Specialist/Records Specialist to join its Information Governance team. This role supports attorneys, case teams, and staff in managing client and firm information in line with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and track onsite records using the firm’s information system (iCompli).
Process requests for records transfers, indexing, and barcoding.
Assist with matter mobility, retention, and disposition of physical files.
Provide reporting on information management activities.
Support training and collaborate with colleagues to improve firmwide IM operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of professional services experience (law firm a plus).
Strong MS Office skills; prior IM/records experience preferred.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
