    Summary:

    P3 Delivery is looking for three (3) Record Management Specialists to deploy and update records schedules, prepare the transition to electronic records, and provide close-out services as defined by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). This position will require the performance of a variety of record management tasks,
    as outlined below.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Respond to general records management inquiries, ensuring federal compliance requirements are met
    • Provide guidance and coordination of records creation throughout their lifecycle.
    • Act as liaison with multiple program offices on records management topics.
    • Provide feedback and analysis on internal and external records management governance documents
    • Assist with the development of inventories and file plans
    • Draft and process new and updated retention schedules.
    • Develop and deliver records management curricula and topics, either routine or ad hoc.
    • Review and respond to file plans and records destruction requests

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in information management related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
    • At least 2 years of experience with records management
    • Detailed understanding of records management laws, regulations, and practices for the federal government
    • Experience creating/maintaining records inventories, file plans, tracking methodologies, and retention schedules
    • Exposure to electronic records management including document or case management systems
    • Knowledge of NARA systems, ERA and ARCIS (preferred)

    Salary : $45,000 – $55,000 per year

    Place of Performance: Telework

    Work Classification: Full-time – eight (8) hour productive workday

    Start Date: December 2, 2024
