OVERVIEW

Recourse is expanding, and we’re looking for a software engineer to help us bring Recourse to life. You will be an integral member of the team and will help architect, design, and implement one of the most innovative EdTech solutions in the world. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at an early stage. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Solve cutting-edge technical challenges related to machine learning (deep learning) with a large amount of visual data to bring Recourse to life

• Build machine (deep) learning framework to train various NLP models for processing visual data and extract relevant information for Recourse 

• Architect end-to-end ETL pipelines

• Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve problems  

• Scrutinize and communicate clearly the technology and architecture choices we make.

• Continuously improve ML processes, tools, and standards.

• Collaborate and work hand-in-hand with customer support and the product team to ensure our efforts continue to solve a real problem

WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED?

• 3 - 5 years of experience applying NLP/ML and Data Analysis to solve real-world problems

• Expertise in writing code in Python and any Deep learning frameworks like Pytorch / Tensorflow, Keras

• Experience in text processing and NLP (Natural language processing)

• Ability to architect end-to-end ETL pipelines 

• Experience in image processing 

• Familiar with GPU programming, NVidia CUDA

• Familiar with object detection, text detection, text recognition, entity recognition etc

• Experience with Java, C++, or C#

• Proficiency in git/GitHub
