About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recovery Attendant at UFC GYM in Doral, FL. As a recovery attendant, you will play a crucial role in assisting members with post-workout recovery, ensuring a positive and rejuvenating experience at our facility.

Responsibilities

Sell recovery memberships and promote services/products

Book recovery appointments during check-ins and phone outreach

Guide potential members through the “Recovery Tour” experience

Assist members with proper use of recovery equipment and techniques

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized recovery area

Monitor member safety during recovery sessions

Requirements

Prior sales experience, ideally in a fitness, wellness, or service-based environment

Experience in a fitness or recovery setting preferred

Strong knowledge of recovery techniques and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others

Commitment to providing a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience during Recovery Tours

Ability to meet or exceed monthly recovery appointment and membership goals
