Assist with overseeing the residential services that occur at the NewDay residential treatment center. Assist the Clinical Director and Residential Clinical Supervisor in oversight of schedule and day-to-day operations of the residential house.

Roles/Responsibilities:

· Monitor & assist with activities of all residential clients, making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the client policy agreement, house policies and procedures.

· Check in and orient residents to the treatment program.

· Perform Urine Drug Screens and assist with vitals for patients upon arrival and throughout treatment.

· Conduct bedroom and all other facility room inspections once per shift.

· Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life-safety procedures.

· Assist with treatment & discharge planning for patients.

· Complete accurate and timely documentation, including record all incidents that may occur.

· Lead activities for patients on a weekly basis.

· Work with supervisors on issues of conflict to resolution when dealing with clients.

· Assist with EOD and client reports and statistical tracking needed.

· Assist with medication oversight.

· Attend phone calls and utilize proper phone etiquette.

· Assist with meal preparation and serving meals to residents.

· Provide peer recovery coaching to those patients as they prepare for next steps in recovery.

· Any other responsibilities necessary to assist in maintaining the functional operation of the residential treatment center.
