About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Watkins Glen Corning KOA Resort as a Recreation and Activities Team Member! You will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests in the beautiful surroundings of Watkins Glen, NY.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and lead recreational activities for guests of all ages.

Assist in planning and organizing events and special activities.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of activity areas.

Work collaboratively with team members to enhance guest experiences.

Monitor guest participation and provide support as needed.

Promote and encourage participation in resort activities.

Handle equipment and supplies related to activities responsibly.

Operate the water slide to include enforcement of slide rules

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.

Passion for outdoor activities and guest engagement.
