Recreational Gymnastics Coach Little Canada, MN | Part-time, 4 to 20 hours per week

Weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Consistent weekly schedule built around your availability, which works well for students, parents, and anyone looking for steady part-time hours.

Pay: $16-$19 per hour, based on experience. Paid training included.

About the role

We are expanding our recreational and preschool programs and looking for energetic, positive coaches who genuinely enjoy working with kids. No gymnastics coaching experience needed. We provide paid training, clear lesson plans, and mentorship from day one. Many of our coaches started here with no background in the sport and moved into advanced coaching roles within their first year.

What you'll do

Teach structured classes for preschool and school-age gymnasts

Demonstrate skills, spot basic progressions, and guide athletes through lesson plans

Create a safe, positive environment where kids build confidence

Communicate clearly and kindly with athletes and parents

What we're looking for

Enjoys working with children

Positive, enthusiastic, reliable

Comfortable being active and demonstrating movement

Prior gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletic experience is a plus, not a requirement

Must be 16 or older
