Coach

Paramount Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic and well-established program. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing athletes at every stage—from preschool and recreational gymnasts to USAG Xcel and Development Program athletes.

About the Role

As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you will:

Coach preschool, recreational, and competitive-level gymnasts

Instruct and motivate athletes of various ages and skill levels

Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging environment

Support physical development, confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport

Follow and contribute to a strong, progressive curriculum designed for long-term athlete development

Work collaboratively with our leadership and coaching team

What We’re Looking For

Previous recreational coaching experience preferred, particularly with USAG Xcel and/or Development Programs

Strong technical knowledge of gymnastics progressions and safe skill development

A positive, professional, and enthusiastic coaching style

Commitment to athlete safety, growth, and emotional well-being

Ability to inspire confidence and build meaningful connections with athletes and families
