    ⭐ About the Role

    We’re expanding our recreational and preschool gymnastics programs and are seeking energetic, positive coaches who love working with children. If you enjoy teaching, being active, and helping young athletes build confidence, this is a great fit — even if you’re new to coaching.

    No formal gymnastics coaching experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a welcoming team environment.

    ⭐ What You’ll Do

    Teach engaging, structured classes for preschool and school-age recreational gymnasts

    Create a safe, positive, confidence-building environment

    Demonstrate skills and assist athletes with progressions

    Encourage effort, celebrate wins, and help kids develop a love for movement

    Communicate clearly and kindly with both athletes and parents

    Maintain safety standards and follow lesson plans

    Training Provided. No gymnastics coaching experience required — we provide paid training and clear lesson plans.

    ⭐ What We’re Looking For

    Enjoys working with children

    Positive, enthusiastic, reliable

    Comfortable being active, demonstrating movement skills, and spotting basic skills

    Great communicator and team player

    Prior gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletic experience is a plus, but not required

    Must be 16+

    Part-time, 4–20 hours per week

    Competitive hourly pay based on experience
