Richard's RV Servicenter, Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Recreational Vehicle Parts Specialist to join our team in Greer, SC! Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct RV parts and accessories for their needs

Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts department

Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs

Look up part numbers and pricing using RV parts catalogs and electronic databases

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts counter and showroom

Build relationships with parts vendors and suppliers to source hard-to-find components

Requirements:

Prior experience in RV, automotive, marine, or powersports parts is preferred

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, helpful demeanor

Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, diagrams, and catalogs

Basic computer proficiency for inventory management and order processing

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift and move parts and inventory as needed

Knowledge of or genuine interest in recreational vehicles and the RV lifestyle
