Job Description
RECRUIT SECURE, LLC is a rapidly growing recruiting company, focused on the staffing needs in the healthcare field throughout the country. With our growth, we are seeking a full-time RECRUITER to join the team. As a Recruiter, you would be responsible for your assigned tasks, reviewing applicants, reaching out to potential applicants, and some cold-calling when applicable. Recruit Secure works with many Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Healthcare Companies, and more. We work collaboratively as a team and we will assist in job training. The office is located in Lakewood, NJ. This position is Monday through Friday, and hours can be flexible and accommodating.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Source appropriate candidates (through a variety of sources, i.e., job boards, LinkedIn, databases, healthcare organization sites, etc., etc.) to meet the requirements of the job openings
· Conduct prescreening interviews based on the specific position requirements.
· Submit quality candidates to our clients.
· Schedule client interviews and have frequent follow-ups and contact with the candidates
· Assist with salary negotiations and offers
· Participate in special projects and work collaboratively with our team
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a company, staffing company, or in an HR role is preferred, but not mandatory. Healthcare experience is a big plus (but not mandatory)
· Goal-oriented; looks to exceed expectations.
· Demonstrated relationship-building experience (sales, customer service, etc.)
· Personable, willing to learn, outgoing, friendly, and team-oriented is A MUST!!
· Excellent communication skills…both written and verbally.
· Good computer skills
