    Summary:

     

    As a Full-Service Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial record-keeping for our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data while providing essential support to our finance team.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a requested basis.
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
    • Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, prepare and pay sales tax to all jurisdictions.

     

    Education & Experience


    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as a full-service bookkeeper or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
