    Job Summary : Due to Flexspace’s rapid growth, we are seeking to hire an experienced full-time Marketing/Office Administrator. The primary responsibility of the Marketing/Office Administrator is to oversee and implement all marketing, administrative and light accounting duties. This position requires a strong background in marketing and office administration as well as the ability to work both independently and also closely with various members of the senior leadership team.

    The ideal candidate will be able to assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies, work closely with Sr. Management in scheduling of travel and other events as needed and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This position also requires exemplary organizational, communication and time management skills.

    Main Tasks of the Marketing/Office Administrator:

    ?  Trade Show coordination

    ?  Photography and video coordination

    ?  Press Releases

    ?  Website coordination

    ?  Social Media coordination

    ?  Assist President and Senior Leadership with scheduling of travel and meetings

    ?  Assist President with personal support with utmost confidentiality.

    ?  General office management as required

    ?  Coordinate travel for internal project team as well as subcontractors

    ?  Assist Director of Operations and Assistant Project Manager with budgets, expense tracking and resource requirements for all travel.

    ?  Coordinate and disperse weekly reports to internal and external stakeholders

    ?  Assist with project related procurement including vendor RFQ’s and quote for review organization by project leadership.

    ? Assist with pre-construction documentation (safety, insurance, blue prints, etx...)

    ?  Track costs and expenses in conjunction with CFO

    • Management of 3rd party providers on accounting functions and potential for AR and AP.

    ?  Additional tasks as needed and assigned
