Customer Service Specialist

Founded in 1969, Wise has five regional manufacturing facilities – Georgia, Indiana, Maine, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina – serving the eastern half of the US.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Anderson, SC. At our Anderson, SC facility, we print labels and tags using digital and flexographic (flexo) printing presses. Our products are used in many markets including Food, Beverage, Promotional, Retail, Chemicals, and Durable Goods to name a few. Under the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for generating quotes and interacting with other associates both in office and production areas as needed to fulfill customer requirements. Customer service associates may be required to interact by phone, email, or in- person with customers, and solve problems related to their orders.
