    Wise is a leading trade manufacturer of labels, business forms, and digital print. Our core business is focused on relationships with distributors of printed products. Founded in 1969, Wise has five regional manufacturing facilities – Georgia, Indiana, Maine, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina – serving the eastern half of the US.


    We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Anderson, SC. At our Anderson, SC facility, we print labels and tags using digital and flexographic (flexo) printing presses. Our products are used in many markets including Food, Beverage, Promotional, Retail, Chemicals, and Durable Goods to name a few. Under the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for generating quotes and interacting with other associates both in office and production areas as needed to fulfill customer requirements. Customer service associates may be required to interact by phone, email, or in- person with customers, and solve problems related to their orders.

    Job Qualifications, Requirements, and Experience

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role.
    • Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus.
    • Customer Service Mindset – Possess a customer service mindset developed from experience in a customer service role. Even temperament when dealing with difficult people and situations.
    • Teamwork – Ability to interact with both office and Production personnel in a professional manner.
    • Communication Skills – Ability to communicate intellectually and effectively in a courteous and professional manner both written and verbally.
    • Organizational Skills – Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task to maintain established standards for performance.
    • Computer Skills – Effective typing and computer skills.
    • Math Skills Detail Oriented – Attention to detail and able to
    • concentrate in noisy environments. Ability to sit for extended periods of time with minor
    • position changes. Good physical condition with the ability to stand
    • and/or walk for several hours consistently.

      Primary Duties

    • Accurately and effectively generate quotes for customers sometimes involving the Customer Service Manager when needed.
    • Discuss order specifics with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
