RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will serve as the main supporter of our outbound business development efforts. This role will be successfully filled by someone that conveys credibility and trustworthiness and is highly organized and driven. This individual will work on a range of projects and gain professional exposure to a number of functions and industries. This assignment is very entrepreneurial in nature and can enhance in scope with the specific strengths of the candidate.

• Support sourcing of new opportunities through outbound email and call campaigns, content sharing, social media
• Collaborate on and support the firm’s account-based marketing efforts
• Support sector research and investment assessment of companies and sub verticals
• Execute on an outbound calling routine with weekly goals and KPIs
• Manage quarterly marketing outreach to prospects and intermediaries
• Support CRM management and maintenance of data integrity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-4 years of experience in sales or business development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and track record of exceeding goals
• Excellent oral and written communications skills coupled with good research skills
• Candidates must be a self-starter and motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teams.
