    PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:As a representative for our Company, you will be part of an inbound/outbound calling team responsible for taking inbound phone calls from our customers providing exceptional customer service, aggressively growing our customer base. Generating and qualifying leads though cold calling. Producing activity reports. Managing leads by tracking and following up on them.Administrative duties as assigned

    PAY:$14.00+/hr DOE

    WORK HOURS: Monday Friday; 7:00am - 4:00pm

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Advanced customer service skills.
    • Experience working in the HVAC field preferred
    • Ability to multi-task proficiently
    • Well Organized
    • Excellent Phone Presence
    • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Software.
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, sales or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Some Quick Books experience
    • Working knowledge of HVAC industry
    • Sales Coordinator and dispatch experience preferred
    • Advanced level knowledge of software technologies
    • Install Coordination experience preferred
