    About the Position:
    AGBO is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in tech and games to support ongoing and upcoming staffing efforts at our studio. This is a temporary position designed to build our talent pipeline for future opportunities.

    You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier candidates across engineering and game development disciplines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and brings a proactive, resourceful approach to recruiting in entertainment tech.

    This is a 5-month temporary, fully remote position with a preference for candidates who can work Pacific Time hours.

    Key Responsibilities:**

    • Partner with hiring teams to understand technical and creative staffing needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
    • Source, screen, and manage candidates across a variety of roles.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, providing a positive candidate experience throughout.
    • Develop strategies for outreach and engagement through creative sourcing and networking.
    • Maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates, focusing on long-term relationship building.
    • Stay current on industry hiring trends, tools, and best practices in tech, games, and creative tech hiring.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on roles in games or tech.
    • Proven success hiring for engineering disciplines—particularly full-stack, mobile, and backend roles.
    • Experience recruiting across game dev functions including gameplay programming, game design, and technical art.
    • Familiarity with the games industry landscape, tools, and production pipelines.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
    • Ability to manage multiple reqs and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
    • Must be based in the U.S. and able to work core hours aligned with the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
    • Prior experience working in an entertainment studio or creative tech environment is a plus.
