Position Overview
A Recruiter Intern assists the recruitment team in various recruitment and operational tasks. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, who are eager to learn about the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Posting Job Ads: Place job postings on relevant platforms.
Schedule: Monday -Friday, 40 hours per week
Applicant Management: Manage incoming applications, organize interview appointments, and manage applicant documentation.
Interview Support: Participate in interviews, minute meetings, and discussions.
Event Participation: Attend company and hiring events.
Orientation Support: Provide support with candidate screening and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualification
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or perusing), preferably in HR or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong administrative and document management skills.
Personal Attributes: Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Campus Recruiting is preferred but not required.
