This is a full-time role for someone who is energetic, proactive, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. They take initiative, manage follow-up with discipline, and consistently demonstrate professionalism. Prior experience in recruiting, inside sales, or real estate is strongly preferred. • Expected end-of-year earnings: $150,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Source, attract, and onboard prospective real estate agents • Cold Calling Real Estate agents at a high level • Conduct daily outreach to potential candidates, social platforms, networking, and referrals • Present the organization’s value proposition and career opportunities clearly and confidently • Track recruitment metrics and maintain an organized pipeline of candidates • Host or coordinate recruiting events, career seminars, and informational sessions • Build and nurture relationships with local real estate schools, industry professionals, and community partners • Support new agents through early onboarding steps and handoff to the training team • Maintain consistent follow-up with both active and passive candidates • Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies and talent goals Communications & Interactions • Prospective Agents: Daily – outreach, interviewing, follow-up • Leadership Team: Weekly – recruitment updates, pipeline review • Real Estate Schools / Industry Contacts: As needed – event coordination, networking • New Hires: Ongoing – onboarding guidance and support Qualifications: • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Strong time management, organization, and follow-up discipline • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and holding professional conversations • Experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate preferred • Ability to evaluate talent and match candidates to the company’s needs • Positive, proactive attitude with a high level of professionalism • Familiarity with CRM systems and online recruiting tools • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus Compensation: $150,000 + OTE
