Job Description
Responsible for managing a full cycle recruiting process. Actively source, assess, recommend and hire prospective candidates for assigned positions within the corporate and property work groups. Work with a team of Talent Acquisition professionals dedicated to providing a strong candidate experience.
• Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), makes recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position opening.
• Actively supports College Recruiting Strategy .
• Executes sourcing strategy (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
• 2+ years recruiting in customer service, multi-unit/state location, and/or corporate environment.
• Experience using multiple channels of recruiting including social media, established networks, online networking, digital tools, CRM, phone, email, digital communications and other research/ communication resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to meet desired candidates on weekends, evenings, and outside of normal business hours.
• Experience sourcing resumes and ability to interview candidates to determine their qualifications/abilities.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills to deal effectively with all business contacts at all levels of management.
• Team-based project experience and a willingness to learn and execute new processes.
• Understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle processes.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in business communications.
• Gaming License or ability to obtain one if necessary.
