We're hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to drive 2+ hires per month across multiple teams. You'll own 4–8 active searches at a time, helping us scale efficiently while maintaining a high-quality bar. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, streamline recruiting processes, and elevate the candidate experience — all while championing Clever's employer brand.
As we grow across multiple departments, we need an experienced recruiter who can move quickly while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our hiring process. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company — and a great opportunity to shape how recruiting is done at Clever. We're looking for someone who brings clarity, confidence, and momentum to every search.
This role sits within our People team and is designed to double our hiring capacity, enabling our Head of People and People Operations Specialist to focus on broader HR initiatives like performance management, compliance, and engagement.
Own 4–8 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month
Lead job kickoffs, create compelling job descriptions, and support interview plans
Source and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms
Manage end-to-end hiring processes: interviews, feedback, references, and offers
Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth, timely pipelines
Help uncover and address bottlenecks in recruiting process (especially in newer, evolving pipelines)
Enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill without sacrificing quality
Build and maintain a warm candidate pipeline for high-volume roles
Contribute to strategic improvements in:
• Breezy automation and cleanup
• Interview training for managers
• AI-driven tools and pipeline automation
• Outreach and job description best practices
• Employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and our careers page
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
Comfortable juggling 6–8 open roles at a time, especially during busy hiring seasons
Proven ability to hire for IC and mid-to-senior level roles across departments
High attention to detail and discernment in candidate evaluation
Sales-minded: persuasive, competitive, and results-driven
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
Compensation : $70,000–$85,000 base + performance-based bonus (OTE: $80,000–$100,000)
