We’re partnering with a client looking for a Recruiter to help attract and hire top talent across multiple roles. If you’re an energetic, hands-on HR professional who enjoys managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, this role is a great fit for you!
*This is a temporary (with the potential for Temp to Hire Permanent) and onsite position in Brea, CA.
Core duties:
Partner with department managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role and industry standards.
Post job openings, reach out to potential candidates, and leverage job boards, recruiters, and professional networks to attract top talent.
Screen applications, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interviews, supporting managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Assist in sourcing potential candidates for current and future openings.
Represent the company at college job fairs and recruiting events.
Support onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires understand HR policies, procedures, and company expectations.
Address HR-related questions and assist in resolving employee relations issues as needed.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
Process HR documents, including offer letters, promotions, terminations, and corrective actions, while updating the ADP system.
Assist with federal and state employment law compliance and general HR administrative duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting
Experience in clinical / medical recruitment is a big plus
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Spanish bilingual skills (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and staffing software
Experience with ADP Workforce (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
