    Role Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organization’s recruiting efforts by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified talent across the manufacturing facility. Working closely with leadership, HR Manager, internal recruiting team, and hiring managers, this role will support the full-cycle recruitment process while helping build a strong pipeline of candidates to support current and future workforce needs.

    The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who enjoys building relationships, understands the importance of finding the right people for the right roles, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will play an important role in creating a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.

    Core Responsibilities

    Recruitment

    Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support

    Partner with leadership, the HR team, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

    Recruit for a variety of positions within the manufacturing facility, including production, skilled trades, technical, administrative, and professional roles

    Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture

    Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process

    Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

    Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, and other sourcing strategies

    Identify creative approaches to attract talent in a competitive labor market

    Build relationships with prospective candidates to support current and future hiring needs

    Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

    Business Partnership

    Collaborate with leadership, the HR team, and hiring managers to support staffing goals and workforce needs

    Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the hiring process

    Provide updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress

    Support employment branding and recruitment initiatives that strengthen the company’s ability to attract talent

    Administration & Compliance

    Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system

    Track recruiting metrics and provide insight into hiring trends and opportunities for improvement

    Ensure recruitment processes are consistent with company policies and applicable employment laws

    Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent recruiting experience considered

    · 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environment, food manufacturing preferred

    · Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes

    · Ability to effectively recruit for both hourly and salaried positions

    · Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates

    · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    · Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    · Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

    · Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
