The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's qualifications when screening. They should be competitive and self motivated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or video
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates throughout their career journey
