This organization has experienced a boom in headcount, revenue and client base in recent years - due to their elite service, reputation and most importantly - how they treat PEOPLE. 

• Update job descriptions, including crafting those for new positions
• Post new requisitions using applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, Indeed, and NextGen website
• Coordination and management of the interview process from start to finish, including excellent candidate communication
• Oversight of applicant tracking system, including crafting posting questions and appropriate candidate responses
• Manage documentation associated with an applicant from phone screen to in-person interview
• Conduct initial phone screens of candidates
• Manage recruiter relationships as needed
• Maintain resume database, reaching out to past candidates for open positions as needed
• Initiate and manage reference process for all candidates
