D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, in order to tailor them to each athlete. They take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals. D1 Coaches are a part of the best training environment in the industry and are integral to the success of D1 as it continues its rapid growth.

    Are you passionate about fitness, building relationships, and creating engaging social media content? We're looking for an energetic and motivated Recruiter to help grow our community both online and in person!

    Responsibilities

    Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact

    Nurturing leads through the sales process.

    Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.

    Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.

    Creates engaging social media content that showcases our athletes, coaches, and community while growing brand awareness across platforms

    Manages day-to-day social media engagement by responding to messages, interacting with followers, and helping turn online interest into scheduled visits and memberships

    Qualifications

    Must be a high-energy individual. **

    Must have 1+ years in sales

    Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

    The ideal candidate is: ✅ Is active and knowledgeable on social media platforms ✅ Loves creating content and engaging with our community online ✅ Is passionate about fitness, sports, and helping athletes succeed ✅ Is outgoing, organized, and excited to represent our brand at events and in the community ✅ Brings high energy every day—even at 5 AM and 5 PM ✅ Excels at building relationships and connecting with people ✅ Wants to be THE CLOSER and confidently guide families through the enrollment process ✅ Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to new people ✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make 100+ calls per day ✅ Responds quickly and follows up with leads immediately ✅ Understands that persistence matters and isn't afraid to follow up multiple times to get families scheduled ✅ Sees objections as opportunities and enjoys helping people find solutions ✅ Is loyal, hardworking, and a self-starter who takes initiative ✅ Always follows through and never misses a deadline ✅ Believes that if you're early, you're on time
