Responsibilities: • Own the entire recruiting lifecycle: from sourcing to offer acceptance • Proactively build pipelines of top talent using cold outbound , referral networks , and strategic campaigns • Interview, evaluate, and close high-caliber candidates with confidence • Handle all stages of the recruiting lifecycle from set appointment through Start Date • Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions, scorecards, and hiring goals • Track daily activity in our CRM, provide weekly KPI reports, and meet/exceed quotas • Represent our brand in a way that excites and converts prospects into team members Qualifications: • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate recruiting experience required) • Strong cold sourcing/outbound prospecting chops — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone • Clear record of hitting or exceeding recruiting quotas and KPIs • Strong sales background and closing ability — you're a recruiter AND a closer • Highly organized and detail-oriented — no candidate or lead slips through the cracks • Proficient in CRM and reporting systems (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Bullhorn, etc.) • Must be willing to work in the office with a dynamic and driven team • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where results matter This role is perfect for you if: • You’re addicted to results and hate losing • You don’t need hand-holding and can drive your own recruiting desk • You believe in relationships over resumes , and results over excuses • You want to build something bigger than just a job — you want a mission What We Offer: • Competitive base salary + upside performance-based commission (95,000-100,000+ (Base + Commission)) • An energetic and collaborative in-office culture • Hands-on leadership and mentorship from industry pros • Career growth in a rapidly expanding organization • Recognition for top performance and big wins Apply Now To be considered, submit your resume and a brief note about why you're the perfect recruiter for this role.
