High-Volume Agency Recruiter

We’re looking for a fast-paced, results-driven recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for multiple clients. In this role, you’ll handle full-cycle recruiting and work in a metrics-driven agency environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles
• Source, screen, and submit candidates quickly and efficiently
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
