Full-Time Recruiter (30 hours/week)
We’re growing and looking for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, sprint‑based hiring environment. This role drives our Direct Support Professional pipelines across South, Central, and North Jersey.
This is a full‑time position at 30 hours per week, with the ability to flex up to 40 hours during peak hiring cycles. Hours over 30 paid at hourly rate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run weekly recruiting sprints to fill orientation seats
Manage all sourcing, screening, and communication
Conduct warm, structured interviews
Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding steps
Maintain organized pipelines across multiple regions
Collaborate with HR and Program Manager to meet hiring goals
Host orientation and support other internal/external events at Atco and Montclair office locations and surrounding areas
REQUIRED SKILL SETS:
Mission‑driven and excited to support people living with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
Strong communicator with a steady, people‑first style
Organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable with high‑volume recruiting
Experience with ATS platforms (CareerPlug a plus)
Valid driver's license
