    Job Description

This is a six-month hybrid contract engagement running June 1 through November 30, 2026, based out of Salesforce's Chicago office at 600 W Chicago Ave Ste 750 with three days per week on-site. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles within an assigned Salesforce business unit, managing the complete candidate journey from sourcing through placement.

Day to day, you will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent. You will build and nurture relationships with both candidates and hiring managers over time, functioning as a reliable partner to the business rather than a one-and-done placer. Managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously is the norm here, so strong organizational discipline and consistent candidate communication are table stakes.

You will also conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay current on talent trends and emerging opportunities within the sales recruiting landscape. Recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and placement forecasts will be part of your regular reporting cadence to internal stakeholders. Day to day workflow runs through an ATS and standard recruiting toolset, which you will be expected to keep current and use to optimize how you manage your book of reqs.

Conversion to a full-time role is available for the right candidate following the standard schedule.
