    Job Title: Recruiter (Multi-Territory)

    Job Summary

    Home Energy Pros is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring and employee separation across multiple territories. This role will recruit, onboard, and, when necessary, terminate employees for Technician, Sales, and Office positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in making people decisions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruiting & Hiring

    Manage full-cycle recruiting for Technicians, Sales, and Office staff across multiple territories

    Work closely with leadership and managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

    Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and internal platforms

    Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

    Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with management

    Extend job offers and manage pre-employment requirements

    Ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new hires

    Employee Management & Termination

    Manage employee separations, including terminations, in compliance with company policy and employment laws

    Partner with leadership to document performance issues and corrective actions

    Conduct termination meetings professionally and respectfully

    Ensure all termination paperwork and procedures are completed accurately

    Compliance & Administration

    Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across territories

    Track hiring metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership

    Assist in improving recruiting processes and retention strategies

    Assist in overflow of office tasks

    Qualifications

    5+ years of recruiting or HR experience (multi-location preferred)

    Experience hiring for technicians, sales, and office roles

    Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

    Ability to manage multiple open roles across different territories

    Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices

    Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in home services, energy, construction, or field service industries

    HR or recruiting certifications (a plus, not required)
