We are seeking a driven and energetic Junior Recruiter to join our team at Michigan Top Producers in our Portage, MI office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on communication, and is motivated by growth opportunities and financial rewards. As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective real estate agents- making calls, sending emails and texts, and coordinating outreach campaigns. Your main goal is to schedule recruiting appointments for our leadership team. Over time, with proven performance, this role can grow into a Senior Recruiter position where you’ll attend recruiting appointments. This is an in-person only position located in our Portage office. Base salary is $50,000 with upside commission opportunities, giving top performers the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective real estate agents. • Manage and execute marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting agents. • Schedule appointments between candidates and leadership. • Track and follow up on leads to ensure a strong pipeline of potential recruits. • Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and appointments in CRM systems. • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies. • Develop knowledge of the real estate industry and the Michigan Top Producers value proposition. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email, and text). MUST have excellent verbal and written language skills. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (experience with CRM software a plus). • Must work in-person at our Portage office (no remote options). • Past recruiting experience is a must.
