We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Recruiter (French/English) to join a fast-paced, growth-focused team. This is a remote opportunity with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast of the United States, ideally near Ashland, VA/Bear Island area.

Position: Remote Recruiter

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 + Profit Sharing Bonus

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for a range of industrial and manufacturing roles.
• Prioritize multiple job requisitions effectively while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
• Conduct occasional travel to company plants and training sessions in Montreal.
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (must-have requirement)
• Ideally 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience acceptable.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial sectors is ideal.
• No degree required.
• Must already possess a valid passport for occasional travel.
