The Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting Momentum’s mission by executing the full-cycle recruiting process and attracting top talent. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and maintaining strong relationships with qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfill assigned staffing requests in alignment with organizational needs and priorities
Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across multiple roles
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
Maintain an active and sufficient pipeline of qualified candidates
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data entry in CRM/ATS systems
Deliver high-quality customer service to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Execute recruiting tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities
Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Performance Expectations
Maintain a minimum of 30 candidates on the Keep Warm/Hot List
Ensure no overdue candidate outreach at month-end
Achieve at least 80% completion on candidate profiles in the ATS
Contribute to weekly and quarterly recruiting metrics reported through the Operations Scorecard
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of related recruiting or HR experience
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS)
Experience recruiting for government or state procurement environments
Experience with HRIS tools
Exposure to diversity hiring practices or technical recruiting
