We’re seeking a part-time Recruiter (20 hours/week) to elevate and innovate our talent acquisition strategy. Based in Des Moines, you'll be filling openings and building talent pipelines across our Midwest markets including Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Rochester, Omaha, Kansas City, and Sioux Falls.
What You’ll Do:
- Source exceptional candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and direct outreach
- Build pipelines for our most critical roles to include: Project Managers, Programmers, Engineers, and Client Consultants
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide strategic guidance and collaborate throughout the process
- Develop school-to-work programs and internships that create lasting talent funnels both for trade and non-trade roles
- Represent us at industry events, job fairs, and educational institutions
- Track metrics to continuously improve your sourcing approach
- Ensure smooth transition of new hires into our organization
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, with proven success in hunting for the right candidates
- Understanding of technical and non-technical roles in building automation or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and implement effective sourcing
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and social recruiting tools
- Ability to assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
- Consultative approach to working with hiring leaders
- Highly organized approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to work onsite at our Des Moines office
