Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including social media, employee referrals, etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in human resources.
Develop tailored recruitment strategies for different job levels and functions, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and company goals.
Work together with Operations Manager to track employee performance evaluations.
Monthly employee attrition reports.
