    The Opportunity
    We’re looking for a driven Recruiter to join our team and support clients across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the autonomy to build relationships, own searches, and play a key role in shaping our growth.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting across accounting, finance, HR, and operations roles
    • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in the DFW market
    • Provide market insight and guidance to both clients and candidates
    • Manage the interview process, feedback, and offer negotiation
    • Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1–5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate) preferred
    • Experience recruiting within accounting, finance, HR, or operations is a plus
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Motivated by performance and growth
