Job Duties:

Full cycle recruiting
Sourcing passive candidates
Collaboration with hiring managers for an excellent candidate experience
Management of all ad spend, adhering to company budgets
Eagerness to go to trade schools, job fairs, and open houses to meet with potential candidates
Opportunity to learn On-boarding to support HR

What You Need:

Experience working in Recruiting for 2+ years
Prior experience working in an ATS for all recruiting operational duties
Must have the ability to work on site, as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)
Passion about a great candidates experience and building a talent pipeline
Detail oriented to maintain accurate notes and handle all pre-hire requirements
