There is no limitation on your earning potential • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Healthy amount of training, coaching & development opportunities paid for by the company (requires some travel) Responsibilities: RECRUITING & LEADERSHIP OVERVIEW Recruiting will be the primary focus initially, building momentum and systems for consistent growth. Prospecting & Follow-Up: • Prospect 2–3 hours daily • Follow up with recruits/referrals 1–2 hours daily Appointments: • Conduct/support 2–3+ daily recruiting appointments (directly or supporting staff) Target Recruits: • New agents • Experienced agents at other brokerages • Teams • Brokerages open to acquisition Leadership & Culture: • Lead office sales meetings (bi-weekly) • Guide top agents and internal committees (monthly) • Provide consistent leadership to agents and staff • Coach top 10–20% of agents (weekly to monthly) • Review office financials (weekly); meet with ownership monthly Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven recruiting experience (required) • Real estate background preferred (2–3 years; top 5% performance a plus) • Strong leadership, people, and team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, and accountability are strengths • Positive, proactive problem-solver • Skilled in training, coaching, and talent development • Able to manage staff and drive professionalism • Lead or assist in team sales meetings • Research competitors and support the marketing strategy • Understand P&Ls and use financials for decision-making • Ambitious, growth-minded leader seeking long-term opportunity Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000+ Expected 1st year earnings
