Job Responsibilities:
Source and recruit top talent for various roles – cold calling, messaging, texting, emailing, etc.
Generate leads & referrals from daily conversations
Manage talent pipeline within ATS/CRM systems
Manage requisition load in a remote capacity
Network & engage with candidates from various backgrounds
Work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
Overcome daily obstacles
Improve recruitment skills daily
