The Royal Automotive Group has a unique opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department. The primary focus for this position is to source candidates (both internal & external) for all positions, company-wide while utilizing job boards and our hiring platform to schedule preliminary interviews and coordinate additional interviews with hiring managers. This position will initiate background screenings, check motor vehicle records and coordinate drug screen and physicals with the local provider. This position will also complete the hiring process, schedule and present an orientation for the new hire. The Recruiter position will participate in career fairs along with the Corporate Recruiter.

The Recruiter position will need to assure the interview and hiring process is fair, equitable and consistent complying with company, Federal, State, and Local Laws.

Prior Human Resources / Recruiting experience is a considerable plus.
