    Recruiter Department: Talent Full-Time Locations: Northampton, MA Schedule: M-F, 9a-5p Starting Pay: $24-27/hour

    Position Summary: The Recruiter provides full-cycle recruitment support across both the Centralized and Non-Centralized Hiring Processes, ensuring programs receive consistent, high-quality recruitment partnership regardless of their hiring needs. This role flexes between high-volume, structured centralized hiring and more specialized or program-specific decentralized recruitment efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Full-Cycle Recruitment Across Both Hiring Processes

    Manage recruitment for roles assigned through either the Centralized or Non-Centralized Hiring Process.

    Conduct structured phone screenings and interviews using established tools and scorecards when applicable.

    Guide candidates through all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.

    Adjust recruitment strategies based on role complexity, volume, and program needs.

    Program Partnership & Hiring Manager Collaboration

    Serve as a consistent recruitment partner to assigned programs, providing continuity and expertise.

    Conduct intake conversations to clarify job requirements, competencies, workflow expectations, and timelines.

    Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, search progress, and hiring timelines.

    Offer recommendations on candidate selection, structured interview practices, and process improvements.

    Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

    Develop sourcing strategies for specialty, administrative, clinical, and hard-to-fill roles.

    Leverage job boards, professional networks, passive sourcing, and targeted outreach campaigns.

    Maintain ongoing talent pools for recurring or high-volume roles.

    Collaboration & Mentorship Model

    Collaborate closely with the Senior Recruiter to ensure consistent hiring workflows and documentation standards.

    Support TA Specialists by modeling effective screening, communication, and ATS documentation practices.

    Coordinate with the TA Administrative Coordinator on reference checks and pre-offer components.

    Documentation, Compliance & Workflow Execution

    Document all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the ATS accurately and promptly.

    Ensure workflow steps — centralized or decentralized — are completed consistently and according to TA standards.

    Recommend workflow enhancements and participate in process improvement initiatives as assigned.

    Training and Qualifications:

    Associates’ degree in HR, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent experience.

    2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably including clinical/professional roles.

    Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.

    Experience with behavioral or competency-based interviewing preferred.

    Proficiency with ATS systems.

    Adaptable, relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a dynamic portfolio of searches.

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Western MA.
