Snelling is seeking a motivated Recruiter (Bilingual Preferred – English/Spanish) to join our Dallas team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys connecting top talent with great employers across the DFW market.

Location- Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Schedule -Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation -$50,000+ annually + performance-based bonus

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding support)
• Build strong pipelines for light industrial, clerical, and skilled roles
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and fill open positions quickly
• Conduct candidate intake and skills assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation in ATS/CRM systems
• Deliver a high level of service to both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using basic recruiting systems and Microsoft Office
