About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiter Specialist Assistant to support our recruiting team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Assist Recruiter Specialist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up

Post job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms

Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews

Manage candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Support onboarding activities such as document collection.

Respond to candidate inquiries and provide updates to ensure a positive candidate experience

Perform general administrative tasks as needed within the recruiting Department.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR or related field is a plus

Experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
