    Position Overview

    The Professional Staffing Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of professional-level talent across multiple industries, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
    • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
    • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
    • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and career alignment
    • Prepare and present polished candidate submittals with clear strengths, gaps, and recommendations
    • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process
    • Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future openings
    • Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations to clients
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional recruiting experience
    • 2+ years of experience in professional staffing, corporate recruiting, or agency recruiting
    • Proven success in recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
    • Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience recruiting in professional, technical, or specialized disciplines
    • Client-facing or account management experience
    • Strong written skills for candidate submittals and client communication
