Position Overview
The Professional Staffing Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of professional-level talent across multiple industries, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and career alignment
- Prepare and present polished candidate submittals with clear strengths, gaps, and recommendations
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future openings
- Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations to clients
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience in professional staffing, corporate recruiting, or agency recruiting
- Proven success in recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
