Our client on USA Parkway is seeking an onsite full cycle Recruiter to fill for an LOA. This is a great opportunity for a short term assignment working in a manufacturing environment with a twenty-four hour workforce team.
What the Temporary Recruiter will do:
- Maintain candidate pipelines
- Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies & universities
- Post jobs to job boards and social media sites
- Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions
- Conduct prescreen and final interviews through compensation offers
- Be available to conduct new hire orientation when needed
- Complete special projects and provide back up to other HR functions
What the Temporary Recruiter needs to have:
- Associate's degree in HR or a related field or the equivalent of experience and education
- Minimum of 3 years recruiting and/or HR experience preferred
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS type systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications and social media platforms
- Knowledge of HR documents, such as non-disclosure agreements
- Working knowledge of HR functional areas and state application employment laws required
- Knowledge of full cycle recruiting process is required
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Detail oriented, ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
