    Their primary responsibility is to source and engage qualified candidates to fill open jobs for our clients. As a recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting and driving top talent to support our client's growth and success. You will provide full-cycle recruiting, including screening and conducting interviews with candidates, and present qualified candidates to our clients.

    During downtime, you are expected to prospect for new clients to achieve 3-5 placements per month.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Regular duties include (but are not limited to):

    Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and Boolean search techniques, to identify and attract potential candidates

    Conduct research and market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor talent pools

    Candidate Engagement:

    Initiate contact with potential candidates through email, phone calls, and social media outreach

    Establish and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience

    Resume Screening:

    Review and assess candidate resumes and profiles to determine their qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions

    Create candidate shortlists for recruiters

    Talent Pipeline Management:

    Build and maintain a database of potential candidates, tracking their availability, skills, and career interests

    Continuously update and categorize candidate profiles to facilitate easy retrieval

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with recruiters and other team members to understand the specific requirements of each job opening

    Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and the quality of candidates identified

    Data and Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of sourced candidates and their status in the hiring process

    Generate reports and metrics related to sourcing activities to assess performance and areas for improvement

    Candidate Assessment:

    Conduct initial assessments to gauge candidates' interest, qualifications, and cultural fit

    Administer skills assessments or tests when required

    Market Research:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly

    Identify emerging talent pools and sourcing channels

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Required Education and Experience

    Motivated and Energetic individual who is hungry to succeed and make a difference

    Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role is nice but not required

    Experience in sales or business development is nice but not required.

    Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, is a plus

    Salary Range $36,000-$48,000 based on experience plus bonus (Total Comp Target is $96,000+)

    This is a remote position.
